Kick Ass Senior’s Helpline is a free service available to seniors 65+ and operates from 8am until 8pm 7 days per week. The Kick-Ass Helpline team will provide immediate support as soon as the client detects a scam and will organise either remote contact or a face-to-face appointment.
Kick Ass Senior’s First Response Call will see a qualified technician attend a face-to-face appointment with the senior scam victim to ensure the safety of their digital devices, and support them during an incredibly difficult time.
Kick Ass Senior’s Online workshops will offer seniors introductory and advanced workshops in topics including online safety, avoiding scams, identity protection, safe social media use, secure banking and more. All workshops and seminars are provided free of charge.
Kick Ass Senior’s Community Forums will see a Kick-Ass Senior’s representative conduct community forums in conjunction with seniors’ groups including community groups, seniors computing clubs, residential and independent living residents in aged care where we will engage them in the latest updates on maintaining security of their devices and help them build confidence in using digital technology.
